Purchasing Golf Signs: Purchasing golf signs from Golf Sign Supply requires two easy steps. First, you will need to fill out an order form. Next you will need to fax 610-525-8004 and email the completed order form along with the sponsor list (on an Excel spreadsheet) and logos to art@usholeinone.com. You will hear back from us within 24 hours.

Payment Information: Golf Sign Supply accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Checks made out to "US Hole In One" and mailed to 234 S. Bryn Mawr Ave, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010.

Shipping Information: All shipments will be made using FedEx or UPS. Both couriers require a physical street address (no P.O. Box) for delivery. For efficiency, sign shipments may be packed in multiple boxes and may arrive on different days.
