The process for ordering signs from US Hole In One is very simple.  All you need to do is complete the one page order form (www.holeinoneinsurance.com/sign-order-form.pdf) and fax or email it over.  You will then email your spreadsheet with your sponsor names and any logos that you would like us to put on your signs to the art department (art@usholeinone.com).   When you are requesting the logos from your sponsors it is important that you have the logos emailed to you in a certain format.  The logos will need to be in a high resolution file (300 dpi or greater) and in either JPG or EPS format.

On the order form you will indicate the quantity and size of each template that you would like to order.  You will have a choice of small (12”x18”) or large (18”x24”).  Most of our customers order the large signs for tee, hole, longest putt, longest drive, and closest to the pin sponsors and the small signs are great for cart sponsors and your registration table.
